Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our collections and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. Once you have completed shopping click on the checkout icon and you will be taken to a secure area to enter your credit card details. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You may also order from us directly by cheque. If there is a problem with an order we will contact you. All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling and if you are shopping from abroad your card will be debited at the exchange rate on the day of purchase

We provide a secure site for all your transactions. All credit card payments are processed via HSBC and they are an authorised card clearing business. You will be asked to enter your credit card details via secure pages and your payment will be processed via a secure server.

Shipping and Handling

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days so you can expect your order within 5 working days. We will inform you of any delay due to the item being out of stock. We also offer an express service for next working day delivery.

Postage Charges

Our postal charges are £3.50 for the UK; £5.00 for Express UK delivery; £4.50 for Europe and £7.00 for the Rest of World.

Customs Charges

All costs including insurance charges and customs duty are the responsibility of the customer and if you have any queries regarding customs charges you will need to speak to your local customs office.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange it or reimburse you. Please ensure you complete the returns form on the back of the invoice and return it to us within 7 working days for the UK and 14 working days for outside the UK. You will be refunded the same way you paid for the order and please allow 14 days for your account to be credited.
